I have wholesaled, bought & held, fixed & rehabbed, leased purchased, owner financed, land contracts, wrap around mortgages, have had people hold mortgages for me, 1031 exchanges, traded property, rental units, creative financing, anything you can think of, I have done it in real estate. Well, maybe not everything, but close. I owned single family houses, 2-4 units, apartment buildings, mix-use & commercial property. The thing I like the BEST is playing the bank.
